To remove your Tix profile, log in to your Rivahlax Account, navigate to the designated Tixa. On the screen where you select the particular profile you want to manage (depending on the Tixa, could be the Center Select, Campus Select or Store Select screen), click on Remove, enter your account password and this will delete the entire profile.
Note: Everything from Members, Associates, Settings and all other data as it relates to your Tixa will be cleared and this action cannot be undone. Be sure that this is an action you clearly want to take because the action is irreversible. Lastly, note that Rivahlax is notified each time you remove your Tixa profile.
