You make a payment when you buy a Tixa license or try to use one of our services. A payment for a Tixa license is processed automatically at the shop center. But a payment for a Rivahlax service is processed through an issued quote from us according to the service.

For Service Payments
1. For service payments, log in to your Rivahlax Account and navigate to Payments & Billing. Check under the Pending Payments section and make your payment according to the Quote ID in the case that you have multiple payments.

2. Enter other required details and proceed to make the payment.

3. Confirm from the Transaction History section. You can also print your receipt from there

We advise you see our refund policy for this one.

First of all, we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused if you just went through this. We direct that if you made a payment that didn't go through and you were charged, all you need to do is contact your banking institution for a refund.

We assure you though, this will rarely happen.

This is no problem at all, you can always get your receipt for both Tixa and Service payments at the Payments & Billing section of your dashboard. You can also print a comprehensive and valid financial statement for all your transactions with us.

Rivahlax in partnership with Paystack endeavours to make sure we give you as many payment options as possible to enable you make payments. We guarantee that at least one would work for you as there is no alternative way to make payments.
