We do not allow businesses to create accounts with us directly. However, a representative of the business may create an account to use on behalf of the business.
That's not a problem, you can simply log in with your Rivahlax ID and password and you will get a new code to verify your account with.

No, they are not the same.

Your Rivahlax ID is your primary login with us and may be changed at any time. Your Client ID is your unique customer identification number with us and will be required for official use.
The support PIN is a unique identifier that changes every single time you log in. For certain critical transactions, it will be required by the support staff. It is as confidential as your password.
We encourage all users to have at least one phone number or a backup email associated with their account for this particular purpose. This is the only way we currently offer account recovery for those who have forgotten their ID.

Yes, you most certainly can delete your account. But why would you want to though?

Note: If you delete your account, you will no longer have access to Rivahlax Accounts and all of its associate services that requires you to have an account with us. You will lose your access to all acquired services and will no longer be able to obtain receipts for previous transactions made. Also this action cannot be undone.

This process is very fast but may take 48 hours to complete at most.
