COVID-19 notice: Rivahlax continues to prioritize the health and safety of our candidates, employees and their families in response to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). All of our interviews are currently conducted virtually, learn more on how to prepare for your virtual interview. Also, should you be hired, you will be provided with the full resources to work remotely. In the case that the job cannot be done remotely, you will need to be fully vaccinated or be subjected to a COVID-19 test for the period of your work at camp.

Our mission is to grow IT here in Africa. To achieve this, we aim to grow a large network of computer related personnel in various fields and enable them achieve independence. This means that we’re actively trying to decentralized the office-space style employment and promote the future remote-space style employment for the IT industry. What this will help you do, is be able to work wherever your skills are needed and note entirely for only one particular employer.

Here at Rivahlax, we maintain a network of these different individuals and call them up when they are required. The individuals become part of temporary team here with us until the project for which they have been contracted for is up. After this, we may then decide to call them up again for future projects. This is efficient for anyone in the IT industry because it enables your freedom to grow because you can work anywhere. It also makes you advanced professionally because you now work for different people and will have to maintain the integrity of the projects from your different employers. It’s really the tech dream come true.
