Managing Members

For: All Tixa Systems

Members are the designated users of a Tixa system. They can operations and manage your data stored with us on your behalf. You can Add or Remove members at anytime.

To add members, click the Members icon or button. Fill in the parameters and click on Add Member. To remove a member, go to the Member List and click on Remove and confirm.

As a control measure, you can also Revoke or Restore a member's access from the Member List. Revoking will restrict their access to the system temporarily without having to remove their account. Restoring grants their access once again.

Note: You need to be careful when adding members, because they automatically gain access to your database once they are added after they verify their accounts. If you notice an error in the details, remove the member account immediately.
