Tixa is a group of online database management systems that specialises in various industry fields. As opposed to standard Database Management Systems where you need your own small datacenter setup, Tixa requires no setup and is simply accessed by subscription on a yearly basis. All you simply need to use Tixa is an internet connection, a Rivahlax Account and an active license.
Tixa can be used by all countries that use a 12-class system for their combined primary and secondary school education however it may be divided. In simple terms, if it takes a student 12 years to finish their basic primary and secondary school education before they move on to tertiary level, you can use Tixa Study. Tixa is however specially supported and customised for users from Nigeria, Ghana and the United States of America.

First of all, we are deeply sorry for your inconvenience. We guarantee that our servers are up and running 99.99% of the time, if you are experiencing problems logging in, it may be down to the following:

1. Problems with your Rivahlax Account.
2. No or expired license.
3. Your Tixa administrator hasn't added you to the system properly.

If all the above parameters are in check and problem still persists, kindly contact us at Rivahlax. We will swiftly identify the problem for you and solve it.
You will not be able to access your files or any information until you renew your license.
Your files are kept on our servers for a maximum of 365 days after which they are deleted permanently.

To avoid this, be sure to renew before the storage grace period is over. You can also archive important documents you may need before it expires.
THIS OPERATION WILL ERASE ALL DATA IN YOUR DATABASE AND START YOUR TIXA PRODUCT FROM SCRATCH!

In order to control an accidental erase, every Tixa Product will require an administrator password as well as a verification code sent to your primary email to reset Tixa. Also note that each time you perform a factory reset, a notice is sent to us.
Yes, but it only is if your Tixa has any feature relating to payments, then you must have a Paystack account before you can use it. This is the primary gateway for all our products and services.
